I have been doing psychotherapy for the past 11 1/2 years and have been in the health field for over 18 years. I use an integrated and holistic approach to therapy, considering the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of each person. I enjoy my work finding that clients say they are soon comfortable talking with me. My experience as a former R.N. has given an added dimension to my practice. My primary modality is cognitive-behavioral but in my work with clients I also incorporate some of the newer strategies to relieve symptons more quickly.
